Things for the iphone

I have been using "Things" for the Mac for about 3 months and am loving it.
So I have now retired the pocketmod although I still use the derringer pen and use this for all my non work tasks.

At work (because I am often ion meetings) I am finding spiral bound notebook GTD books work best for me. I have two I use most of the time. I may put up a video sometime

Interview on The Productivity Show

I have been an avid listener to the "productivity show and was delighted to be asked by Tony Goodson to talk about what I am doing to make myself more productive.


We talked about a range of things about how I have implemented David Allens getting things done process. This was my first podcast so I think maybe I could have sounded a little incoherent at times but Tony helped to keep things on topic and I think we covered some interesting stuff.

Backing up Google Docs

Backups are Important. I got frieked out recently when I heard of someone getting their gmail Hijacked. So I found out how to backup my gmail. I have documented it below. I hope it helps!


1. Load Firefox
2. Goto
3. Download 
DownThemAll! 1.1.0
4. Download greasmonkey
5. Download and install the google docs script
6. load google docs (in firefox)
7. Viola
